These Terms of Service govern your use of REF Media Company's website and services. By booking a shoot or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
REF Media Company is owned and operated by Riley Earl, based in Penn Yan, New York, serving the Finger Lakes region.
REF Media Company provides professional real estate photography, drone photography, videography, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, and related media services for residential and commercial properties in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking request through our scheduling portal. Payment terms, accepted methods, and deposit requirements are outlined at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you will be charged for that booking.
We understand that schedules change. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In cases of severe weather or other circumstances outside our control, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
By booking a shoot, you confirm that:
If a shoot cannot proceed due to lack of access or inadequate preparation, a rescheduling or cancellation fee may apply.
Completed media files are typically delivered within 24 hours of the shoot via a digital download link. Turnaround times may vary for video productions, 3D tours, and larger projects — specific timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.
Download links are active for a limited period. We recommend downloading your files promptly upon receipt.
REF Media Company retains the copyright to all photographs, videos, and media produced. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for real estate marketing purposes, including MLS listings, social media, print, and digital advertising related to the photographed property.
Clients may not resell, sublicense, or transfer the media to third parties without prior written consent. REF Media Company reserves the right to use any delivered media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Drone flights are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations. We are a licensed Part 107 drone operator. Drone flights are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and FAA requirements. If drone photography cannot be completed due to these factors, we will reschedule the aerial portion at no additional charge.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that drone flights over the property are permitted and that any necessary neighbor notifications or permissions have been obtained.
REF Media Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered media. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific shoot in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or acts of nature.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
